This group is open to anyone, not just Sierra Club members. There is no charge for trips, other than permit fees (when required). The Miami Group is the local chapter of Sierra Club for Southwest Ohio. Miami Group has a long history of leading various types of outings: Paddling, Hiking, Biking, Backpacking, Camping and Service Outings. All outings are led by leaders who have been certified to meet local and national Sierra Club standards.
The Miami Rivers Chapter of the Buckeye Trail Association is the chapter for those who live near or along the Williamsburg, Loveland, Caesar Creek, and Troy sections of the Buckeye Trail (greater Cincinnati to greater Dayton).
